Managing Partner
H.E. Dr. Mohammed A. Abubakar, SAN, LIFE BENCHER, called to the Nigerian Bar in 1979, has built a distinguished legal career. With a Law degree, LL.M., and Legal Drafting certification from the University of Washington, he has held key roles, including Bauchi State Governor, two-time Attorney General, INEC Commissioner, and NJC member. A Chartered Arbitrator, member of the International Bar Association, Notary Public, Capital Market Solicitor, and Managing Solicitor at Fortuna Chambers. Known for his expertise in Civil and Criminal Litigation, Election Petitions, and more, he remains a distinguished figure in Nigeria’s legal system.
